Professor He Wang currently serves as the Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, Northeast Electric Power University, and is recognized as a Top-Tier Innovative Talent in Jilin Province. He obtained his doctoral degree from North China Electric Power University in 2014 and has worked as a visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA. He has presided over 1 Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and undertaken 4 research tasks under the National Key R&D Program of China. His research achievements have been awarded 1 First-Class Prize and 2 Second-Class Prizes of Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. His main research focuses on the optimization, operation, and control of new energy power generation, flexible HVDC power grids, and AC/DC hybrid distribution networks. He has published more than 30 academic papers indexed by SCI/EI in renowned journals such as IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery and International Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems, and holds 12 authorized national invention patents.

Professor He Shan is a Communication Review Expert of the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education. He serves as Deputy Director of the Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Control for Renewable Energy Generation and Grid Integration (211 Key Laboratory of Clean Energy) at Xinjiang University, and is a core member of the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Team on Wind Power Generation Intelligent Control and Grid Connection. He is a member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering and Xinjiang Society for Electrical Engineering, Director of the Theoretical Electrical Engineering Professional Committee of Xinjiang Society for Electrical Engineering, a Distinguished Teacher of Xinjiang University, and a reviewer for journals including Renewable Energy and Power System Protection and Control. His research focuses on renewable energy generation and grid integration, new energy hydrogen production and integrated energy systems, power system relay protection, nonlinear dynamic analysis and control, and chaos theory and applications. He has made significant academic achievements in the interdisciplinary field of energy power and control engineering.
